Can someone give me an overview on how to approach these types of books/studying methods (I have the blue collegeboard book)? I know that the Xiggi Method thread is there, but it's late, and I don't feel like reading through the whole thread. However, if someone knows if he answered my questions somewhere in that thread, please post it here!! Thanks.

Okay I'm not sure I understand your question but if your looking for books/testing materials to study for the SAT ill list the ones I find most useful...
1st- College Board book for the New Sat like everyone...
2nd- Testmasters Complete Solutions to the Collegeboard book! This book is soo awesome and has in depth solutions to every problem so when in doubt you understand the reasoning etc.
(Very Difficult to buy this Book if u live in California)
3- Grammatix

Those 3 are key and I think are the most important but these other books are also very good if you have extra cash: (No Particular Order)
1- Maximum SAT
2- The Rocket Review Revolution
3- Gruber's Complete Preparation for the New SAT (10th Edition)
4- Barron's Verbal Workbook for the New SAT

I have the collegeboard blue book, I just want to know how to study from it... like, a method to follow.

i don't understand your question exactly. what method? read the book from beggining to end, though you should probably do a diagnostic practice test first to see if you have any improvements at the end.
