SAT waivers

Ok so my family can't afford to pay for me to take the SAT, but I am wanting to go to Vanderbilt University and in order to do that I have to take the SAT. I talked to my guidance counselor and she said that my school doesn't send for those particular forms because usually only two students each year take the SAT. So I was wondering if anyone knew an alternate way for me to receive an SAT waiver.

Call the college board and ask them for more information if you can not get it through your school. Best of luck
