I am trying to submit my photo ID for the November SAT Registration, but the "Save Image" button is not working. How can fix this? I cannot checkout unless I upload my photo ID.

I had the same problem. I used a different computer for the uploading since my desktop wouldn't let me hit 'save'. It worked on my laptop, though.

I had major problems with the photo upload, also. After a couple dozen error messages from CB that the resolution on every single photo I tried to upload was too low, I finally called CB.

Turns out, the photos are not required until the March test. I can't for the life of me figure out why they say that a photo must be uploaded to complete the registration then. They are definitely still working out the kinks. If you just click continue, you'll be able to complete the registration. If you want verification, call CB.

Wow, that's confusing of them! I had the same problem. Turns out it didn't work on Firefox, but did on Internet Explorer. I knew that by doing a search of the CC site - other students had the same problem and explained what they did.

Yes, it worked with Internet Explorer for me too.

Really? I'm actually a little annoyed at that...largely because I was applying ~20 minutes before the deadline, my camera was out of charge and when I did get a photo, it wouldn't upload! :P

Yes, that is true. Just click through it. I wasted so much time trying to upload the stupid pic. I finally called them and and they said it isn't required yet. I told them they should mention that on the website so we don't waste our time trying to upload the photo!

My D's printed photo did not come out very well and she didn't see a place to re-print.

Anyone know if it is possible to re-print it?

GolfFather....check out that link.......mostly though they are not advertising this anywhere. I find it appalling that their website says in several places that a photo is required, with lots of attendent warnings, when it really is not required yet at all.

I got someone on the phone quickly when I called for tech help so that was good, however, she thought I was an idiot for not knowing that it wasn't required.

OH.....to compound matters though, I was told that even though a photo isn't required, students who managed to upload a photo that doesn't meet all CBs parameters will be turned away.
