what SAT score should I shoot for?

I am a URM male (senior, class of 2013) shooting for a Harvard education. I have a great GPA, am involved in alot of extracurricular activities (varsity sports, tutoring, french club, etc.) and have done outstanding community service. My only issue is my SAT score, which is an 1820. I've done a lot of online research and most SAT scores are a lot higher, so I will be taking it again, but for now I have three questions.

Is it possible for me to even obtain an Ivy League education with this score?

Is it possible to raise my score enough next time I take it? (I've heard that your score doesn't increase much)

and

What are some good ways to improve my SAT score?

1. In all likelihood, no.

2. Yes, but you really have to work at it.

3. Take practice tests - lots of them - and really delve into why you get each question wrong that you do. Don't wear yourself out, but don't leave anything that you're not prepared for.

Oh, and I'd recommend aiming for at least a 2100. Your URM status, frankly, will help you a lot.
