ACT vs. SAT

Hello Everyone! I know this may seem like a silly post because there are probably tons on here comparing the two exams. I am a junior in high school and this is my big year! I wanted to know that for someone who wants to be premed and excels in sciences, would it be better for me to take the ACT because it has a science section? I have heard that people tend to do better on the ACT rather than the SAT. I take the PSAT in a few weeks and am quite nervous! I do well in school but do get nervous with big exams. People have also said that the SAT is more of a strategy test more than content... Thoughts?

Additionally in regards to my SAT II's what would you guys recommend for someone who would have to study independently? I took biology freshman year but only got a 630, for Ivies that's quite low. Should I study along and try to retake it? I am definitely taking the Chemistry one because this year I am taking AP Chem.
I was considering US history and this is my third year of Latin so I was also considering Latin.

Not all schools require SAT II. Just to make sure you take the SAT Subject Test that the schools are asking for.
