What are the best snacks to bring on various tests?

Most tests I know of have a short break. The SAT has 3 and the AP has one in between sections if I remember correctly. I'm not sure of the ACT but I think that has a break too. What are the best snacks to bring to eat during these breaks or are there different ones for different tests? Odd question I know but after a while test weariness kicks in so anything to counteract that would be great.

A always bring a banana. I don't like to bring juicy fruits in case they squirt all over my face. But more importantly than snacks, WATER.

Nuts are delicious and filling, especially almonds. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water... It comes in handy when you need to spritz a little on your face, and for hydration, of course.
