Sending all Subject Tests?

I have a question about reporting SAT scores. I took a total of 2 SAT's and 6 SAT II Subject tests. I am planning on reporting both SAT tests because neither is particularly higher than the other, but I am a little bit unhappy with 2 of my Subject Tests. If I choose not to submit these 2, will that be a violation of some schools' (e.g. Stanford) requirement to submit all SAT scores, or does that policy only refer to the reasoning test? Also, if I play it safe and send everything, will my two lower tests (720 and 690) detract at all or will they not even be considered?

Thanks everyone
