Calm down. You still have time, you're only a junior. You can prep more and if all else fails, you can transfer. Don't give up your dreams yet!

I got a 195 on my PSAT, which should translate to a 1950 on the SAT. When I took the SAT for the first time, I got an 1820. I studied a lot for 2 months and retook it, then I got a 2200.

Don't get down on yourself, you haven't even taken the actual SAT yet! The PSAT can be a good indicator for some people, but use it as a baseline- now you know how much to study. Good luck

First of all, you still have time to take the SAT again (or ACT) - a few times if you wanted! Second of all, like others said, there are lots of options other than UNC! If UNC doesn't work for undergrad, go to an in-state school so you can save money and attend an incredible medical school.

Attending a top-ranked medical school and getting a top residency will help you a lot more in the medical world than where you attended undergrad!

Your right. Why don't you just give up on life and your dreams just because of one test that is supposedly supposed to determine "your future" by preventing you from getting into UNC.
