Best way to study for SAT/ACT

I am a sophomore in High School and just completed my PSAT's on Wednesday.
This summer, I would like to study for both the SAT's and ACT's.
I would like to spend about a half hour to an hour daily studying with a goal of a 2100 on the SAT's, but I would be satisfied with a 1900 and I would also like a 32 on the ACT's.
What would be my best course of action for study?

I'm thinking Direct Hit's Vocab and Barron's SAT supplemented with something for the ACT.
