Majors and SAT Subject Tests

If I were to indicate a major I would want to take on a college application, would I have to have SAT II tests corresponding to that as well? I haven't take the biology SAT II test, but I'm thinking about going into premed. I do have a 5 on the AP bio test. I've taken these ones: US History- 740, Math II- 740, and Literature- 700. If I wanted to apply to Ivies, are those scores acceptable or should I retake them?
