can this calculator be used during Maths IIC test

hello I'd like to know if this calculator can be used Résultats Google Recherche d'images correspondant à http://www.calculatrices.org/calculatrices/graph35.jpg
because it's possible to write on it even though the keyboard isn't a qwerty one
PS: This calculator is considered by CASIO as a graphing calculator
throughout the threads I've noticed that CB is quite worried by cheat

That should be allowed. I used my TI-NSpire, which has a similar keypad (in fact it actually has buttons for each letter, as opposed to using "Alpha" first).
