Will these subject test scores hurt my chances at UC's?

The UC's "recommend" that applicants send subject test scores but mine seem very average or a bit below

Lit:610
Bio M:620
World History:570

Would these scores essentially hurt me? Should I just not send them at all? My ACT is a 31 and my UC gpa:3.85 with a solid list of EC's just for a general overview of my app. I feel like my chances would be better without those scores on my app.

It depends on your major. If you major in anything in the science field for example, you should probably send your scores regardless. They're not too bad, your scores are just about average. Your GPA and EC's could possibly make up for it.
