When you apply for college, colleges ask what courses you are taking senior year and usually that information is also provided with transcript by counselor. AP scores are not required for college admission, majority of colleges don't consider them for admission and those that do will not give them significant weight and you can just self-report prior AP test scores as part of application if you want college to know your scores.

I'm assuming that you'll be using the common app to apply. If you're not yet familiar with what the common application is about google for it, or look over the section on this forum titled common application.

On the common app you will be able to list the AP courses that you are taking senior year. If you run out of room in the section provided you can list additional courses (free form) on an attachment.
