Is Barron's Math Workbook for the SAT good enough to prep for ACT math?

How much of the math in both the SAT and ACT is the same? Which one do you guys find easier? thanks.

Personal experience...Barron's is great and all if you wanna know every single thing there ever was about math, but Kaplan or the SAT/ACT prep book will prepare you plenty for the regular ACT math. It is pretty easy. If you take the SAT II Math IIC, Barron's would help a lot.
