Raising Subject Test Scores

Hey, all! Quick question about subject tests. I got my Chem, US, and Lit scores back for the May SAT II, and I'm really struggling with two of my scores. Chem went fine, but I got 670s for both US and Lit. What is the best way to raise these scores? Also, in case those don't work out, how should I prepare for the Math II subject test? Thank you!
