Is this possible or waste of time?

One of the schools I'm applying to (Rider University) offers merit schloarships based on GPA & SAT scores, and right now at at one category based on an sat of at least 1050 (I have a 1120). The next category is at least 1150, 30pts more than I have, and its $3,000 more per year. Do you think it is even possible to boost my score 30 points by January? The first time I took it I got 580v, 500m, 2nd time was 540m, 550v, so I think If I can boost my verbal to 600 and math to 550 that would be great! Thanks for your help as always.

You should definitely try. There are numerous other threads with stories like yours of people who raised their scores by 100 points in ten days.

Go for it. Nothing to lose (except some time and the test fee) and $12000 to gain!
