what subject test should i take... i've included classes i've taken

What subject test should I take given the preparation I've had in school.

Here are the noteworthy classes I've taken that might help in the SAT subject test:

Adv. English I/II/III (not very strong in lit though)
French I/II/III (not very strong and I know only basic french and my listening is horrible)

Pre-Calc
Adv. Biology (just one year and I took it soph year)
Adv. Chem (just one year and I took it Junior year)
College US History
Adv. SSI/II Global Studies

Those are the classes I've taken that might help on the SAT subject test. given my preparation, what seems to be good test for me to take. I'm planning to apply to JHU ED as a pre-med.

Here are my current SAT scores. This is the composite score of two test taking, both with no prep.

Math: 740
CR: 600
Writing: 540

I'm preping now so i plan to have the score go up.

Also, another tad bit about me. I'm chinese, and I speak cantonese. I can't really understand mandarin though, so thats why I don't think i'll take the chinese SAT II.
My school puts all the college preparation classes in your senior year, so that is why I don't feel like i'm prepared for any Subject test except for maybe US history.

any suggestions?

You know what? I feel the same way too. SAT 2 tests cover the basics of AP ones. I haven't had the chance to take just any APs I wanted due to rules at my school. Also my school is not very good in math. I feel like I have to do outside studying for SAT 2's which is kind of unfair because of the school I chose to attend. It's not my fault that I didn't learn what Collegeboard wanted me to know. I hate how a company is setting what every student should know.

Take IIC, US History, and either bio or chem. Chem is more about logical reasoning and (somewhat tricky) inferences, bio involves more memorization. Take whichever suits your personal learning style more.
