| ~~SAT Subject Tests (scores)~~
I took the SAT Subject Tests twice so do I have to send BOTH of those two scores? Or do I just send the one I scored the highest?

When you ask for a score report to be sent to a college, that report will include scores for all of the tests you've taken thus far. You don't get to pick and choose, but the adcom will probably only look at your highest scores on the subject tests.

| So I'd have to send BOTH scores? I thought it was only the highest of the two sittings?

You'll send them all, but they'll only consider the highest.

Well I'm confused because my counselor told me you just send the highest sitting.

When you send SAT scores, ALL SCORES GET SENT. Your GC is completely wrong.

No, not for ACTs. No offense, but it doesn't take long to poke around a little bit and find this information. It's everywhere.

Why is different for the acts than for the sats? (Why can you send only the highest score for the act's but you have to send all scores for the sat subject tests??)

the ACT is from the ACT company, and the SAT is the collegeboard.
The SAT sends all your tests, but the ACT sends whichever you specify.
and if you're going to ask for information here instead of looking yourself, wjhy are you questioning where people get it?

I'm wondering because I'm getting different information here than what my college counselor told me. I just want to be sure, that's all.
So even if I only want to use English and Math Level 2, but took Biology and History the second time I took it, I still have to send ALL four scores?

You are wording your questions very strangely. If you took the two tests you want to send in one sitting then you only have to send those, you do not need to send the other two, but only if you took them in one sitting. If you took for example: English and History in October and Biology and Math II in November then you have to send both score reports.
Make sense?

I took Math Level 2 and English in September, and Biology and History in October. My scores were bad for Biology and History so I'm just sending the September score (for math and english).
Thanks for your help factorr |
