Class rank is subjective. I go to a very good school therefore my rank is lower than if I had gone to a local public school. I would be top 5% at your average public but am top 30% at my school.
This is highly inaccurate. It is:
A) Too subjective
B) Class rank has way, way too much weight. I go to a good school, so instead of being top 5%, I am top 25%.
C) Some peoples EC's are worth more than the max
D) Hooks such as URM are worth more or less depending on the school you are applying too.
