Help please Im worried!

I didn't know Columbia University and NYU required you to take SAT II subject tests until yesterday, and now I'm going crazy because both of their regular application deadlines are before the sat II testing date! (NYU- Jan 15, Columbia Jan 1, SAT II, Jan 26). Would it be possible if I sent out my applications before the deadline take the SAT II's and mail them in afterwards? Or would it be too late? Would they take them into account at all?

Help :[.

yea. i'm pretty sure u can do that...a quick phone call to the school or a visit to ur guidance conselor would clear it up...like for NYU, ED deadline is NOV. 1. u can still take the Nov. 3rd SATs. they said that it arrives on time for admission decision and stuff..

Some colleges (like *cough*Columbia*cough*) say it might be too late... but most say it's OK. I think there's no need to panic, they can wait 2 or 3 weeks to evaluate your application. I'm gonna take (again) SAT on January too.
