Will colleges look at a good ACT score, and ignore the bad SAT score?

So, I've only taken the SAT I one time. I live in the South, and basically here there is little prepping or attention put on the SAT--just the ACT.

I got an 1860 on the SAT I (ouch).

I took the ACT, and got a 32. I'm applying to UCLA, Amherst, Pomona, Brown, NYU, and Cornell. I'm pretty well off in terms of EC, grades (valedictorian), clubs, etc (link to my chances thread here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/
436348-would-you-like-chance-me-pomona.html)

I sent in my SAT I score before I got my good ACT score back...Will colleges see my ACT score and be like, "Oh yay, this is cool", or will they be like, "Okay, this ACT score is goo--SAT, WHAT IS THIS?! throw in garbage plz"

Colleges look at the higher score, which would be the ACT score.

UCLA also looks at subject test scores.

Thank you

Yes, I have subject tests scores...I got a 700 in Literature, and a 650 in U.S. History. I'm taking U.S. History over
