Yes you can, and there's a pretty good chance of getting in most times...just show up early, and if possible, take the test at your school...they may try to get their student in, even though it's supposed to be first come, first served...

Yes. Like Pete said, get there early because its first come, first serve. The only exception to this is test takers who go to a different test center from the one they are assigned to are given priority over standby test takers.
