Which scores should I send in?

It seems stupid to spend about 20 dollars sending scores to each of my schools, so I'm only going to send either my ACT or SAT (all of my schools want ACT or SAT).

Which ones do you think I should send?

ACT: E: 34, R: 32; M: 30, S: 25, Essay: 11; C: 30 (31 if superscored)
I *might* retake the ACT in the fall --- I just felt I did my best on the July test and ended up with the same composite, but lesser subscores and essay. Plus my counselor says I shouldn't retake a test three times.

SAT:
W: 710 (essay 9)
CR: 700
M 620 (... yeah ... I can't seem to get it up to over 650 after studying and doing Blue Book tests; my "real" test score always turns up lower than my real score)
Total: 2030 (1920 first try)
I don't think I will retake this because I don't have the time and really don't think I will do better.

So according to conversions, I should send in my SAT because my ACT amounts to 1980. But my ACT is in the 50% (or more for my safety schools) range of all of my colleges while my SAT, especially the math, is much lower.

EDIT: By the way, all schools will end up seeing my scores on my high school transcript (I emailed admissions offices and most still want an official report).

If I were you I would probably send the ACT. The "low" critical reading (higher than mine lol) may hurt you at some of the top schools. If it is possibly I would recommend retaking the ACT if you have not already done so. The one in september leaves several months to improve your reading skills and whatnot.

I took this ACT in April, and after a lot of studying, retook it in June (got the same composite, but lower scores overall). I really went out of the testing center thinking I got a 32+. I used both the PR and Real ACT book and I don't really know how I can study more after what I already did. =/

If you want, use grubers for math. I went from a 600 to 740 on the math section. If you can pull that off, you'll have a 2170 which is very very good. I think you should try the sat again.
