Class Action Lawsuit against College Board

Throughout my wasted hours on College Confidential, I have heard many of you guys complain about how the College Board is a monopoly and is overcharging on services.

Do we have any grounds for a class-action lawsuit against College Board under anti-trust laws?

I love this one from the CB website itself!:

"The College Board is a not-for-profit membership association whose mission is to connect students to college success and opportunity."

I'd like a bit of their "not-for-profitness" to line my pockets!

I heard that the Education Testing Service (ETS, the ones who write all the College Board Exams) has a 400 acre estate with tennis courts. So if they're not profiting from SATs, then their pockets are being lined quite well.
