Another Retake/Not Retake (SAT/ACT)

I'm sure you have all seen this thread hundreds of times:

SAT Composite: 2240
Math: 780
Reading: 720
Writing: 740

ACT Composite: 34
Math: 36
Science: 36
Writing: 35
Reading: 28 (Yes, I realize this is a relative failure.)

Should I retake the SAT to bring up all my scores across the board?
And should I retake the ACT to bring up reading :P

Oh, by the way, I'm hoping to get into colleges at par with the Ivy's, yadda yadda.

If the rest of your stats are strong, then no, don't retake.

Your scores are good, although they could be better. If you already have good ECs and other stats, then you should retake to boost your chances. But if you are a little short on ECs, improving those will help you much more than another 100 points on the SAT.
