PSAT score distribution?

Where can I find information on the distribution of the scores of all students who took PSAT in a particular year? I mean like exactly how many got 80 in critical reading, how many got 79 and so on. Likewise for the other two sections as well.

I do not mean PSAT percentiled and mean scores which are given at the following link
http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/counselors/psat/percentiles-mean-scores.pdf

I saw such information on the web some time ago for SAT scores but can't find it any longer.

It would laso be interesting to find such information for the aggregate scores as well i.e. how many got 240 in a particular year, how many got 239 and so on.
