In New Haven, its actually free as well.. all 3 years... and now that I think of it, my good friend is an assistant principal @ an arts magnet middle school... and her 8th graders take it also.. not sure if this is unique to that school or not..

Mines:
Freshman PSAT (193)
Sophmore PSAT (214)
Sophmore SAt in March (2250)
Junior PSAT (TBA).
I did prep a crap load in 8th grade to get my freshman PSAT score.
I didn't do anything between sohpmore and freshman year.
