QUESTION Re: Sending SAT scores

I've signed up to take two SAT II subject tests in November 2008. I will also be applying to the University of California (UC) system schools for their Fall 2009 semester. The UC application deadline is November 30th.

I have to send in my SAT scores through the College Board score reporting service. I was wondering if it is safe to send all of my SAT scores on the day that the November 1st SAT scores come out (on November 20th). Will the scores be sent to the schools in time for them to accept it for score verification?
