HOW ACCURATE are the official act-sat conversion tables do all topcolleges use these?

SAT-ACT Concordance Tables
Estimated Relationship between ACT Composite Score and SAT CR+M+W Score


do all top colleges use these?? are they 100 percent accurate?

They are guides. Many colleges don't convert. Those that do very often have their own conversion tables and those can be different from the one you find at the College Board site, although some use that one.
