ACT test prep classroom course?? help

Hey, thank you so much for clicking on this post and taking the time to read...

Okay, so i am planning to take the ACT test in April and I really need to get like a classroom course. I was looking into Kaplan and Princeton Review course, and I don't know which one to get or even to take a course.

If you or someone you know has taken one of these courses, how are they? do they really help?

I took a practice test and i did not do very well. My main problem is timing and English (English is my second language).

I want a 31+ and currently i am in the low 20s range. So which course would be most effective?
