7th/8th grade SATs don't count for anything...so there's no point in comparing scores...

Kudos to you popcorn boy, such talented research skills! And what acuity, answering such a equivocal question within record time. I admit it, i was joking. you caught me.

Never took the SATs/ACTs that early...
But I did take the SATs the beginning of my freshman year.
9th - M: 790, CR: 770, W: 740 (Comp. 2300)
10th - (PSAT) M: 80, CR: 77 W: 72 (Comp. 229)
11th - (in June) M: 700, CR: 800, W: 800 (Comp. 2300)
My M/CR composite actually has... decreased, lol.
So I'm taking it once more and I'll be done with the SAT forever, haha.
ACTs only junior year, 34 comp.

What do you mean by negative markings? The scores will not count unless you write to CB and ask them to keep them in your child's record.

7th: 540 CR 650 M
8th: 600 CR 680 M
11th: 760 CR 800 M 750 W (no preparation, though)
edit: what struck me then was how high the percentiles were, given that i was 12/13...like i remember the percentile for the 7th grade score being about 66 and 8th grade 85 and thinking that me as a seventh grader topping 2/3 of high school seniors was probably not a good thing.

7th -- 620M/710V/1330comp
It was good enough for Johns Hopkins' CTY and SET programs, Stanford's EPGY and Duke's TIP. I've been to Duke and JHU's summer programs, I'd highly recommend them both.
