| There should be quite a good correlation between getting a score that is high for a grade 6-8 student and later getting a score that is high for a grade 9-12 student. Also a correlation between "student A's score significantly exceeds student B's" and the same event several years later.

...Boy do I dislike living on military bases. The chances for these "talent search" things are slim when you are overseas and at the top of your class. BAH. Cold weather dulls my brain stem.

Terra-cotta Fren - You should still be able to participate in a talent search even though you live overseas. Look at the CTY site (cty.jhu.edu). You will need someplace to take the SAT or ACT, if it is not offered on your base (?), or perhaps you could take it sometime if you are visiting the US. It might be worth doing, not just for the recognition, but to qualify you for their distance ed courses. If you are the top of your class, you may need more challenging work than your school can provide.

790/790 in 3rd grade.
I didn't score perfectly because nap time was cut short that day.

8th* 730M/660V SAT I
9th* 29 composite 35 R, 29M, 27S, 24E ACT
10th* 74 V/70M/54W
Apparently I suck at grammer. Only time I studied was 8th grade. Guess it helps.
