Which Colleges Discount Writing?

The title explains itself.

I know that MIT is one...what else?

Are you wanting top 20 schools only? or all schools?

Villanova does not consider the Writing section , only Math & Critical Reading.

are all of these schools STILL not using the Writing at all? I thought many top schools were now using the Writing.
