To superscore or not to superscore?

May SAT: R 710 M 620 W 670 Combined of 2000
Oct SAT: R 690 M 800 W 770 Combined of 2260

My superscore would be a 2280. Should I superscore just because my reading would be in the 700s? Would my previous math and writing scores hurt me? Or would a meager 20 points not really make a difference? Thanks a lot.
