Have you gone to Collegeboard.com to see what the website says about such changes?

You may just need to pay and register in Dec for the one test. I don't know if you'd lose the Nov money.

Are you afraid that you'll be too tired for the 3rd test? If so, you might be able to take the third test as practice and have them not score it, and then take the real test in Dec. But...if you end feeling like you did great on it, let them score it.

^^^

At a minimum, you'll have to go to collegeboard and either do a new reg for Dec, or see if there is a way (online) to move the date of the one test. I believe that either way will involve a charge. The amount of that charge should determine whether you'll want to keep the Nov date.
