Whats this "all scores required" BS

Some schools: texas, want all my SAT test scores. On one of my SAT's my score was the lowest in all categories, but I have 2 other tests with one best in CR/M and another in W.

When I unclick my lowest SAT, it says I have to send or some BS.

tl;dr If I do not send a score when the school says everything is required, do they see I did not send one?

I don't think anyone here really knows. It's not like they tell the people who got caught; if they do see it, you're just going to get a standard rejection letter.
