I am planning to take sat IIs in Jan. again... how many days shorter for colleges to get my score if i use the rush score report??

It really depends. Rush should take no more than 5 business days but: (a) many colleges do not accept rushed scores; (b) most colleges get scores via internet -- either emailed to them or, more likely, the testing agency simply has a file containing scores set up for the college which the college can access (and download) and sending rush really does not get them into that file any faster than sending them regular and it should be done within a week.
