How much would you pay?

So, I decided I wanted to start tutoring kids for the SAT since in my area the only option is to shell out thousands for a prep class or hundreds an hour for a tutor. I want to be a lost cost option.

I'm still a high school senior. I want to tutor in the CR section which I got an 800 in and possibly the Writing which I got a 780.

How much would you pay an hour? I live in a wealthy area in New Jersey and as a regular tutor in about 9th grade, I got paid 20$ an hour. I was thinking of charging 35$. Ideas? How should I go about getting clients?

Sign up at Wyzant.com - it's the best resource I've found for tutors. That will give you an idea of the going rate, but $35 sounds about right. Good luck!
