Help please!!!!

I Just took Math Level II, Biology E, and Chinese today and I think that I did very well on Math and Bio, probably 800s BUT my Chinese is horrible!
An 800 is already 56 percentile and I know I got way lower than 650 since my CD player's batteries died before I finished answering the last 12 questions and I still completed the test and I guessed on all of them (I thought I might as well guess).
Should I just cancel all three scores or would colleges like Stanford who want all the SAT II scores not really care about the Chinese and would rather see two 800s on Bio and Math?
Please help!
