GPA's

Sorry that this is off topic but I really don't know where else to post this.

My school's grading system is based on a percentage scale, and I was just wondering if colleges will convert my GPA. If they will, do they use this system: GPA Conversion Chart If they do, it just seems a little odd because a 92.22% would equal a 3.67.

If not, what would a 92.22% be equal to?

gpa is based on grades, not %. 4.0 is A, 3.0 is B, 2.0 is C. You convert the grade you earned in your classes corresponding to the point, add them up, and then divide to get your gpa.

Yeah, GPA is based on grades, which are %'s.
My question is what % is 4.0, 3.5 etc.

It depends. Your average percent could mean that you got some Bs, but mostly As, or that you just got low As. If it's the latter, it's a 4.0. But if you did get any Bs, that would bring your GPA down.

Thanks so what % would equal an A? Or do they not have specific standards and go with what the standards are from your school? Like I know some schools where an 86% is an A whereas a 93% would be considered an A elsewhere.

I'm not sure how your GPA system works... It's about letter grades, not percents... 90% and above is an A.
