2200 SAT vs 31 ACT

I'm looking to apply to lower ivies (Penn, Brown, Cornell) and northwestern, berkeley, as well as some safeties. Standardized testing has always been my weakness and I was wondering which of these is better. It is the 2200 SAT right?
