What was the cutline for commendation (PSAT)

for last yr??
i heard that it was 2050 or 2100 or something like that
does it depend on what state u live in??? if that's the case, what was the percentile for commendation??

the percentile is usually 96. last year's cutoff was 202 (its out of 240). for semi-finalist, it is the top 2% of your state.

yeah i got owned. in WA it was 216 cutting my 214 off. annoyed because my sophomore year it was at 213 which would have let my 213 pass. that's right, i increased by 1 point after a year go figure!

Probably...Even if you come from a state like Wyoming instead of New York top 3% will more than likely make you national merit commended
