Just understand what's done is done. Obsessing over your scores won't make them go up or down. Eat some ice cream, watch a movie, go for a run. I think what I'm going to do the night before is go on like a 2 hour run, take a shower, and just pass out so I fall asleep quick and whenever I wake up I'll check it.
