@farouz,
CR is tough on almost everybody. So, it's not just you! Right now, I'm scoring in the 600 range and I haven't even prepped for it, but my writing is declining.

Yeah, over half of those diagrams trip me up! It's just something that I really need to study.

What do you mean by diagrams?

I don't understand, it seems like EVERYBODY does better on math than CR, so wouldn't the average be higher? lol

The Venn diagrams..and that little note that is under almost all of the shapes: (Note: Figure is not drawn to scale)

Well, I'm better in CR and Writing than Math right now! M<W<CR

For writing, all I have to do is go over the grammar rules.
I have a prep book for CR.
Math- Ugh, still working on that...

I'll be taking the SAT for the first time, so I feel like I shouldn't be pressured as much as I am. However, the essay is incredibly difficult for me, mostly due to the lessons pounded into my head in AP History on how to write a good essay being antithetical to the methodology of the SAT Essay. I keep trying to find as many examples as possible, and then try to not waste space in the essay with repetition. In the practice tests I've taken (including a few fairly recent tests from 2005,) I'm missing only 1 or 2 in Math/Critical Reading, and a range of 1-4 in writing; therefore, the essay is incredibly important for my overall score.

Sorry for wasting space with my stress relief.

@Geneti,
Wow! You aren't missing many! Find examples that will be able to go with almost any prompt that you are given. One of mine is Socrates.

Nah, your rant is fine I ramble on wayyy too much about stuff like this to my friend.

Let the countdown begin!

Dudee, you seriously need to get studying! Those 700+'s aren't going to come without some studying! Well, unless your October results come out to a 2100+, of course!

I'm procrastinating on my physics...

@Marie, I'm going to study really hard for Writing this time. Drop a 700+ and then not have to worry about it anymore. Maybe I'll be able to bump up my CR score a little bit too. I'm banking on the December SAT for the 700's lol.

I love my excuses. They're pro.

@Reckie,
Come on!! Get some motivation and inspiration!! You want those acceptance letters, right?!? Arghhhhh! Nah, not pro..

@Ssparkk,
About your previous post on pg 6, I did notice that some of the Math was harder in the BB than Barrons..but then again, maybe I just haven't studied that information yet before I quit with it. I'm working in Grubers, but the Barrons I was using was the 26th edition.

*10 days left*
