I think the math was easier, but the CR will be intermediate/hard.

The math was easy overall, but they intentionally put in a few questions in there solely to trick people. What is this, critical reading?

Hoping that -1 for math is 780 (800 would be angelic).

CR was pretty standard for SAT. I'm naturally good with it, but I missed 1 SC problem (and the vocab wasn't even hard :\), so I'm going to assume that's 800.

Writing should be lenient as always. 10 essay should be enough for 800, and try not to miss more than 1 question.

Hoping for a -3 is a 750 on the Math.

I know I got one vocab wrong, but other than that I'm not sure. An 800 is still possible.

I think I got an 11-12 on the essay, but maybe up to 4 wrong on the MC. My goal was a 2250, so I'm not sure where I am at this point.

-1 probably won't be an 800 but it's nice to dream...I hope it's a 790 and it better not be anything below 780. CR is probably going to be -2 for an 800 as it almost always is and writing will probably be 10 E -0MC and 12 E -2 and above for an 800. Overall it wasn't too easy or too hard. CR was even more annoying than usual though but we'll see

I don't understand why the writing & cr curves are always so lenient while the math curves are so harsh. It's almost like math is uncurved, because you can miss up to two on CR/W and still get 800's, but it's pretty much impossible to get an 800 if you miss one in math.

Math is completely objective while in reading there is some reading between the lines to be done. On average more mistakes will be made on CR because of that. Overall it does seem unfair though.

^^ It's just to keep the average around 500. With a -2 = 800 math curve, the results would no longer be centered correctly.

Even with the most common -0 = 800 math curve, the percentage of those who score perfectly on it is higher than the same percentage for the other two sections.

@studiousmaximus so when College Board says that the curve doesn't depend on people's performance that's not true? Because if geniuses took the test on Test Day 1 wouldn't the curve have to be harsh to keep the average around 500 as opposed to when non-geniuses took the test on Day 2? I never really understood their explanation

^ Well, the curve doesn't depend on people's day-of performances. The curve is, though, based on people's performances, just those who answered the questions earlier as part of experimental sections.

sorry guys...I think I got every single question right on the experimental writing section (SO EASY) but I think I got like -2 on the actual one. >.<

I thought it was easier than my previous 2 tests

I got ~2200 on those and so far for this test I'm looking at
Math: 1 wrong 2 omits
CR: 2 wrong 1 omit
Writing: No idea, pretty confident though
