Short Passage Strategies?
For some reason, I always feel very anxious about short passages and whenever I miss questions it's almost ALWAYS on this subsection of the Critical Reading. If it weren't for these I would be getting an 790 or 800 consistently.
Today in my AP English class we did a practice critical reading section and I got all the sentence completions right and all of the other passage based reading questions, but I got 3 out of the 4 short passage questions wrong.
It feels incredibly awkward because it's supposedly the "easiest" subsection, yet for me it's anything but that. The longer the passage, the better I do (it doesn't make any sense whatsoever).
Any useful tips?
