Chinese SAT subject tests

I know that there are many topics on this, but I can never seem to find them D: Anyways, I was wondering, if I should actually take this. I am Chinese/ Canadian, grew up in Singapore, I can speak/read/write chinese fluently. I took a practice test the other day and got 86% without studying. I'm not saying that's amazing, but if the questions I really going to be that simple, I though I should just go for it. HOWEVER, I have been reading around and many people advise others not to do it because it will bring them at a disadvantage? Someone said something about how the admissions people would see you as really desperate enough to do another SAT to add to your list of tests. So, what is your take on this? Should I do the test, or do something else? I was also already planning on taking world history :P

Thanks so much!
