to cancel nov. SAT scores? will colleges see that i cancelled the scores?

i am leaning towards cancelling my nov. SAT scores (that would have been my 3rd seating for the SAT). so, on the form.. i asked to send my score report to a few colleges.. i was wondering whether these colleges would receive any scores at all if i ended up cancelling my nov SAT score.

if i do cancel.. my plan is to take the SATs again in dec. will colleges see this as my 3rd or 4th SAT?

how come my score reports still show two math sat iis that i cancelled? it says something like scores still processing, but it's been a year.
