My proctor didn't, i saw a lot of people writing in pencil and it doesn't STATE anywhere on the testbooklet that writing in pen is required. It only required you to write in pen on the front cover. No where on the inside did I see pen.

hahaha feed, fresh prince of bel-air crap. I think i did fine on it! Wrote about the new deal and blahblahblah eff history. I'm pretty sure they'll grade my paper, it's legible in pencil

Actually, it says on the back of the pink packet that you're supposed to right in pen... but maybe it's not that much of a big deal. I don't know...

Well, i'm just worried that they won't grade my Essay. I called collegeboard like 5 minutes ago and they said my counselor should call collegeboard. Lotsappl wrote in pencil :X

@pervez, that makes sense. First you said you wrote in pen. I don't think it should be that much of a problem, but yea, talk to your conselor.

@gash - I remember both of those answers, but not the questions.
