Another simple writing question

John had a different opinion towards her.
whats wrong with this sentence? is it different opinion from?

or something else?

you can't have a different opinion 'towards'. Either 'from' or 'of' works, but those sentences would have completely different meanings, so what is the larger context?

if you can figure out the prepositions, you'll get like a billion points higher on the SAT's. it's a weird trick they use quite often.

It is either "from" or "of", depending on the whole sentence.
